A beautiful day...
I made it through the day at the fair and actually didn't overdo it on the random eating list.
I mean, sure I had a fried chocolate chip cookie (350), and fried peanut butter cups (300) will be on my list next year, but the veggies (80) I had with my bbq (100) and the salad (200)I had for dinner made everything fine. And I'm actually full.
Who knew?

Not a fried chocolate chip cookie though. Never heard of that.

Okay...I support the weight loss challenge, but I'm confused as to the calorie calcs... or am I not reading calorie calcs...I saw something about two ham sandwiches, two eggs and something or other sandwiches and nothing approached 500 calories. I want some of those sandwiches... LOL
Truth is, I'm so way over on my caloric intake daily that I really get mad at how I sabotage progress with that. If I could curb the eating, my workouts would show astounding results by now. You're doing good to count the calories...I'll keep reading for tips. Good luck pa!

And nothing will approach 500 calories. Not individually, anyway.
Thanks for reading. This is the only encouragement I get. I definitely appreciate it.

Both were good! You have no idea how much I wanted to hate this whole "fried dessert" phenomenon at the N.C. State Fair.
But, alas, I couldn't...

Well since you couldnt hate the phenomenon at least the fair wont last forever. Wouldnt want you being overtaken by fried desserts :)
