I'm weak...
OK, so I quit the damn thing on Saturday.
I couldn't do it. I was mentally weak. And the pancakes were calling me. I didni't prepare myself for all I was going to be handling. Then the girls started coming up with Scarlet Fever-type symptoms.
I don't know what I'll do next. I may do it again. I just know Friday wasn't the right time for me to start anything.
Maybe it's tomorrow. Either way, I'm still on my health kick.

Yo you can definetly do it man You just have to commit. You don't even have to make any crazy concoctions. Do what you did in the begining a lot of excercise but when it comes to your diet this time just try substituting. Instead of fried chicked eat grilled or baked. No sodas cause they are just empty calories. You should actually eat about 5 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. all very healthy though just remember moderation oh and i know it seems impossible with your type of schedule but try and cook instead of eating out.

You can do this. I had to re-focus myself as well. Today was my first day back in the gym and it felt good. I have learned however that you can't let one mistake in the day ruin your whole day. So you had pancakes that morning, probably a big ass stack of them, so the rest of that day you need to remember ok, well I can't eat that whole pizza for lunch because that's not going to help. Don't let one indiscretion ruin the whole day you can still make up for it by being really careful the rest of the day.
Good luck. You might want to check out a site I have been using Sparkpeople.com. Pretty good stuff, I have a link to it on my blog. It gives you a complete diet plan for free. Plus it will help you map out a workout and everything. I like it, there ar a lot of resources there.

join me! i'm on day 4 and people are right. once you get past day 3, it's wash, rinse, repeat. you do want to chew your ass off.
