My goals for the next 5 months

I'm gonna drop 10 lbs a month until March.

I will eat healthy and stop with the night eating.

I will go to the gym 4 days a week, switching one day out occasionally for tennis.

I will get more sleep (as soon as my project is finished in early November).

I will eat sweets, but in moderation. But it's hard to just eat one (chip, cookie, reese's cup, oatmeal pie).

  • You know what? This is what works for me - If I don't buy it at the grocery store - I won't eat it. That's what I do w/the sweets - I but stuff that I know I can snack on when the urge comes - crackers, yogurt, plenty of fruits, etc.

  • My goal is another 30 pounds by January 1. 6'0, 210 with a 36 waist.

    I did 70 pounds in a year once. That was easier than it sounds.

    I have to agree with Darius, if I don't buy it, I won't eat it. Same goes for 'healthy' stuff too like granola bars. I can never just have one and before I know the whole box is gone. I just don't even bother.

  • How are you coming on these goals? Whats your plan for reaching the 10 lb month loss? Just curious. Ive recently loss over 60 lbs so Im wondering what works for you. I will now be watching...
