Not quite there yet...

I went to the gym Dec. 1 with the intentions of getting back into a normal routine.

I haven't made it back since.

I've been busy as I dunno what - not to mention I've been trying to get these articles done - and I'm getting ready for Xmas, which means I'm working more shifts at work.

Being a newbie with low pay sucks!

    it's okay if you miss the gym, man. just go the next day. concentrate on your goals, but don't put excess pressure on yourself. if job priorities are interfering with a true hour-plus-long workout, get 20 minutes in. just do the damn thang, shawty.

  • im wit u man still tryn to get to the gym myself. last time was last thurs dont know how cold it is over there but its not easy to motivate in 30 degree weather! lol

  • I understand totally--I'm on a quest to lose about 50 lbs and had started working out again. Went for a couple of weeks, and then Thanksgiving happened, and I just haven't been able to get back again.

    So frustrating!!! :)
